"We pulled in cause their sign clearly was lit saying "no wait". Upon walking in we see at least 3-4 people waiting - so we just left - that would have been the end of it. But a stylist chased us out to the car said hey we have 2 stylists open no wait I said Are you sure - Yes She says
We go back in
They call the 2 that we're waiting and they left us there to wait and she disappeared
We waited 5 minutes and walked out
Upon leaving we noticed the sign no long was lit stating "no wait"
Had they been up front and not called us back fine but she was deceptive and totally lied
There is zero chance we will ever step foot in this location or any other Sports Clips if this is your business practice!!"

"First off, Haircuts are always good. But, the wait has been ridiculous the last handful of times I've been here. I started using the online check-in feature to get my name on the list and I still always have to wait 30 minutes longer than the estimated arrival time. I don't know about you, but I can't block off 2 hours to get my hair cut."

"Couldn't have had a better experience. I worked for a long time right next to a sportclips in south austin - and over that time the stylists really became more like friends. When I stepped into this sportclips for the first time - Mary made me feel like she knew me for years - even though it was my first visit to this location. I will definitely make this my new home for haircuts."
