"First off, Haircuts are always good. But, the wait has been ridiculous the last handful of times I've been here. I started using the online check-in feature to get my name on the list and I still always have to wait 30 minutes longer than the estimated arrival time. I don't know about you, but I can't block off 2 hours to get my hair cut."

"I decided to try this place because it is next to a nice coffee shop that I frequent. Not only did I get an excellent haircut but, since it was my first time, I was upgraded to the full "VIP" treatment. This consisted of a shampoo, scalp massage (in a massaging chair), hot towels, and back/neck massage. For all this they charge about 20 bucks. A good deal. I am most definitely not a massage kinda guy but the lady who did all this for me was so friendly and skilled at massaging, she made me feel very comfortable with it. The store environment was nice too. Lots of TVs with sports news (one for each chair). Stadium seating in front of a very large screen TV for the waiting area. Without a doubt, I will be going back here for my next cut."

"Couldn't have had a better experience. I worked for a long time right next to a sportclips in south austin - and over that time the stylists really became more like friends. When I stepped into this sportclips for the first time - Mary made me feel like she knew me for years - even though it was my first visit to this location. I will definitely make this my new home for haircuts."

"Your stylist Robyn Martinez is the best hairstylist that I have had the fortune of working with. She is very precise with her cuts, creates a very pleasurable experience, goes the extra mile, remembers all of the particulars about myself, my hair, and my family. You could not have a better advocate for your brand than Robyn."

"ALWAYS a 30-40 minute wait, and you can't make an appointment. Ridiculous. Maybe the haircuts are great. I dunno. I've tried at least five times and they have either a staffing problem or a management problem."

"Beware of the lady that up-charges you to a Double MVP without informing you. Very sneaky way to make some extra money but you will lose customers doing that. Sucks because I have always gotten a good hair cut here, but now I will have to look for a new place to do business."

"I've been coming here for well over a year and have always been treated well... Especially Mary, she was fantastic at cutting my hair. I've requested her many times and think she is the best!"

"Don't bother. I go with my husband all the time to get his hair cut. They go through hair stylists like no other I've seen. I've heard they hire right out of school and don't train too much. It shows. The wait time is ridiculous. It seems weird that they can't keep stylists."

"I have been going to this location for a while now but last month was the final straw. My son and I went to get cuts and he went first. There were two other ladies finishing up with their customers. They both finished and took over 10 minutes after they were done to get to me. They were just standing around talking. So unprofessional. I will not be back"
